Staff Profiles

Chris Slider, MBA, CPA

Chris  received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Utah Valley University.  He continued his education and pursued an MBA from Utah State University.  After receiving his MBA Chris continued on to become a licensed CPA.

Chris and his wife, Megan, started their own business in 2001.  They have been providing accounting and tax return preparation services for the past 15 years to their clients.

In addition to the business, Chris has over 20 years of accounting work experience with various employers.   He has worked in the banking, construction, manufacturing, and public accounting industries.  Chris has been exposed to all aspects of accounting and business during his career.  His accounting experience includes fixed asset reporting, general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll, and financial reporting.  Chris’ most recent employment was with a CPA firm located in Orem where he learned different ways to approach accounting and tax related issues.

Chris and his family have been residents of Payson for over ten years and he enjoys being part of this great community.  When he isn’t at the office, you can most likely find him coaching his son’s soccer team.  Chris enjoys mountain biking, camping, and pretty much anything involving the great outdoors.
